Work with IAWF

Partnership Levels

IAWF is pleased to consider partnering or sponsoring other organizations’ conferences. Review the levels, then contact us to discuss the options.

Four levels

From listing to co-hosting

An IAWF partner conference

Cooperating Partner

IAWF adds the partner conference to the IAWF calendar. In return: a listing of at least one upcoming IAWF conference on the partner’s webpage.

Collaborating Partner

Calendar and homepage listing as a partner conference, plus announcements to the IAWF mailing list (5,000+) and social platforms. Expectations include the IAWF logo on the conference page, a complimentary exhibit table, and registration for IAWF representatives.

Supporting Partner

IAWF provides financial, trade or in-kind support — advertising in Wildfire Magazine or the IJWF, logistics support by IAWF staff, or a financial contribution. Terms negotiable; a Memorandum of Agreement if needed.

Integrated Partner (Co-host)

Both parties work on conference planning, share revenue, losses and expenses, and sign a Memorandum of Agreement. This level requires extensive discussion between the leadership of both organizations.
