Mentoring Program

Direct transfer of experience and knowledge from one person to another — matched by interest and geography, committed for six months.

Applications for the February–July 2026 cycle

The IAWF opens applications twice per year, then matches mentors and mentees based on interests and geographic location. Face-to-face and remote mentoring are both encouraged; both parties commit to six months, with checklists, agreements and resources provided.

IAWF membership is required to participate — mentees may request a membership waiver. Both mentors and mentees agree to abide by the Principles of Conduct.
